Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

We strive to give you the best possible experience and hope you are delighted with your purchase from KAPDA. However, there may be occasions where your expectations are not fully met.

Please review the guidelines below to understand when cancellations, refunds, and returns are applicable.

Final Sale Items

Please note that all items purchased in the Sale section are FINAL SALE.

These items cannot be returned or exchanged due to incorrect size or change of mind.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for change of mind under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase
• Items must be unworn and unused
• Items must be in original packaging
• Original swing tags must be attached

Returned items must also be free from:

• Make-up marks
• Fake tan marks
• Strong perfume or deodorant scent

All garments require dry wash only, as indicated on the care labels.

Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Once the issue has been verified, we will provide one of the following solutions:

• Replacement
• Exchange
• Refund

Our customer service team will assist you throughout the return process.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed using the original payment method
• Please allow up to 10 working days for refund processing
Shipping and freight charges are non-refundable

Refunds apply only to the value of the purchased item for online orders.

Exchanges

• Items may be exchanged in-store within 7 days with proof of purchase
• Online exchanges may be arranged subject to product availability


Gift Vouchers

• KAPDA gift vouchers cannot be returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash
• Items purchased using a gift voucher may be exchanged within 14 days


Incorrect Item Received

If you have received the wrong item, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately.

We will arrange the return and resolve the issue promptly.


Proof of Purchase

Please retain your receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase for all returns and exchanges.
